I suppose I'm only writing here because I NEED to vent and apparently have no other way of doing so without being titled a completely horrifying word, but I am SO PISSED!!! And privately, I have a right to be. I am so sick of having to watch all my boyfriend's female friends flirting with him right in front of me! I realize that flirting is fun, especially when it's with a cute (and apparently, oblivious) guy like Zach, but for flipper's sake if I can limit my flirting to my bf then for goodness sake they can scratch one simple name from the hoaring list! I don't even have any close friends to talk to here anymore, and pretty well no one I trust to REALLY keep secrets, so I'm pretty much screwed if I need to talk about anything the boy can't know about. This fricking sucks!!! Stephanie seems really nice, so maybe we'll get to be better friends, but otherwise, I'm just barely skating through the hours and hours of school each day. It's like my head is going to explode. Plus, all this stress is starting to give me daily headaches. My problem is that I care too much, but if I don't care, then what do I have? Nothing. That's it. Hey World... Listening to "True" always screws with my mind, but today especially! It's like I'm falling into the song, like I do (though less severe than falling into a certain pair of brown eyes, it's still pretty potent). Can't explain how, either way. Whatever. I'll probably just listen to it about 4,000 times and I might, maybe, get tired of it. I'm officially in love with this special. today i got into outdoor school!! week 3, which is not exactly what i wanted, but it was my second choice, and there is like a 2% chance that unnamed email buddie may have that week too. i miss my katieness! she's still sick! my friends make me really happy and hyper, and she is one of the top on the hyperating list. we hang out. but i guess she's sick. anyway, i did really well on my apush practice thingie, with not spelling errors and it sounded really good. i read valadi's, and i felt so bad because i am honest in these matters. it either sounds good or not, is written right or not. art is an interpreting process. it is good to some and probably not to others. i am nice in art critiques, for the most part. but this is fact, and so i was brutal. i just told the truth. i was confusededed!!! there was lots of random, unconnected puritan, quaker, and pilgrim stuff. werent the pilgrims puritans?! maybe i'm off or something. what else happened today. i got bit by ryan in art. oh well, that's just ryan. last night i drew a pretty good person, but she didn't look like me, which is probably good, cause i'm hop'in i'm prettier than she is. i got an email from topher and had to respond twice because the computer deleted it before i could send (and i do mean right before). i think i need some fun. i'm being more depressed the past few days, probably because i'm devoid of much particular fun! i may visit katie tonight. i don't know. it kinda feels like there's no one i can visit like normal that wouldn't act like i'm imposing or something. i haven't been running or anything for at least a week. i really ought to, but i'm just finding it hard to find motivation. s'ok. the sun'l come out tomarrow!!!! *begins insane singing as i doze off* need... fun...

no email today. this must be like what it's like to expect a boy to call you and just keep waiting. it shouldnt matter anyway. i don't really have a full-fledged crush, i don't think, and even if i did, it's a bit far fetched, mostly cause he's a senior at franklin. i'm just being silly. i still want to see him again, but i should probably give it up, for a while. computer talking always makes these things fizzle anyway. fizzle and die. i hope that doesn't happen, at least. or that the emails don't just stop. i don't think either is really worse, just different. i just hope to talk in person again soon. i really need to think about something else more perminently. ahhhh! so, i'm really tired, which possibly makes no sense because i stayed home until lunch after going to bed at 9ish. i just feel quesy and warm. my notes aren't done yet and i have to do them and some that would be due today but i can probably get away with turning in tommarow because i didn't go to the class. i only slept in till about 8:30-9:00, but i am just off and on sick. i think i need a "katie fix" as i like to call it. she is one of my very best friends and i just feel much more hyper and happy when i can look forward to seeing her, and then actually see her. she has been sick for almost two school days. i suppose it's not that long, but i've been about twice as morbid today as usual. that's no fun. life is for fun! tommarow would start out soooo great, okay perfect, if the very very improbable happened. 1.) katie came back and we had lots of fun together like normal 2.) i would find out pretty early that i got into outdoor school week 4 and that i get to work in plants 3.) topher wrote and asked me to go to oaks park with him and 4.) we found out we both got week 4, plants! yay! i'm going to bask in the glow of improbability!

i love outdoor school! i really do! i got to go to the workshop this weekend, and i think it may have been one of the first times i have seriously thought about something that could actually make me really happy as a constant for the future. i went to Milk Creek, Adams camp, and i made friends pretty easily and i got to show off my leadership skills. i keep getting more confident. why shouldn't i? i know i'm great. i met a boy there, a senior while i'm a sophmore. he was kinda cute. we hung out, along with some others sometimes, alone sometimes, most of saturday. it's so easy to be completely outgoing at outdoor school. i REALLY hope i get in! i want week 4, which will probably be the hardest to get into because most of the kids will be boys, hence, so will the councilors (not that that's a bad thing). i really want to teach plants, botany, (green team all the way!) because he was in the same feild study as me, we talked all the way to the second bus (about an hour or so). he goes to franklin. he really is very cute. i wasn't afraid to offer my email, and he took particular lengths to write it down. he wrote me already, actually the night we got off the bus. whatever, he was just fun. maybe, hopefully, i might see him again. oo..

5th of july

tonight i am celebrating at the smith's house, but i guess for me it does'nt seem much like celebrating. i love the smith's with all of my heart but they can be really sexist by way of wrongfull upbringing, with stupid man power and dad power crap. it infuriates me to no end. there is no difference, or rather, there is a difference but not in the pretenses they make. not in the fricking power department. i also can't stand being ordered around in places where my opinion apparently means nothing. so i am here, instead of outside where the burning images and sounds of screaming fireworks and suppositions was giving me the biggest headache. that's just me, and i don't aim to change for the likes of an unfair world.

it's about 11:35 and I am still awake. I guess it's all the previous late nights this summer, but I am having a hard time sleeping, but a hard time staying awake, if that makes any sense. i hate yo!!! i hate her! in case she ever reads this i am not being racist, as she so rudely inferred the time i told her i hated her to her face, being racist in making the accusation when that was the furthest thing from my mind. i hate her because she's a b#@*%! and she played a major role in destroying any chance of a happy childhood, she aimed to kill my mom by telling her how horrible she was, and she has been mooching/ sucking the life out of us for years. but now i am back at sarah's (even though they are quietly raving sick of me), mind you missing an hour fifteen of Buffy, because my mom wants to be alone with her (prolly so they can shag) (ps my mom is a lesbian) (pps, nothing wrong with that but i am not). i stormed out crying because we moved and i thought that for once she would not destroy any place i could call home. i hate her. when she comes over as if she never did a thing wrong in her whole life i don't even want to look at her. i try to close my eyes and my ears because i can't stand the sound of her voice (which is a shame since it sounds like a lot of african american old lady women voices, the f@#$*&ing drunk!!!). i still remember fragments of the expressive poem i wrote so i wouldn't burst the night she came to the old apartment drunk. there were lines about the broken glass she scattered for me to walk on (a metaphor for the family she broke for the fun and spider-like suction of money). i hate her!!!!! *sigh*

i am a musical freak. i guess that's just me. i love random music, but rarely know who sings it or what it's called, and i don't have the money to try out all the bands i want. this love will therefore lead me to randomly write lyrics i like, so any readers (maybe even me) bear with me. "cause we lost it all, nothin lasts forever, i'm sorry i can't be perfect now it's just too late, and we can't go back, i'm sorry i can't be perfect" sometimes... "it's a damn cold night, tryin to figure out this life, won't you take me by the hand take me somewhere new, i don't know who you are but i'm i'm with you!" am i the only girl who fantcizes about a life like that, were you always feel beautiful and mysterious guys come to rescue you from yourself?

i am on my way to a churchie formal with my friends. i borrowed this cutsie chinese dress up from katie s. ardi has her prom dress and sarah is complaining about wearing a dress. i like getting dressed up. the pants from the suit were killing me, so i have a slightly mismatched skirt, but it looks ok. i get to go party liike an idiot. i can't dance, but that's ok when i oknly see most of therse people once . as sarah says, party!!!

fit

my mommy is great! today she got me bally. i figured i would have to work my butt off to even come close to paying for it, and i still will in the monthly sense, but i may finally be able to start working off my fat ass. i am so sick of feeling big. i want to be confident around boys. plus i will get endorfens from it which will help stop depression and now i have at least one daily engagement for the summer (well 6 days a week) I feel weird about it because my mom is pushing off rent for this, but i have to smile at the good. i thank her. i hope to loose 15-20 punds by the summer's end, but any improvement is good.
